    Why do I have to sign-up for a NEW My Acme Account?

    If you established an account with us previously we apologize but this is a completely new system with new features and we'll need you to establish a new account. Please click the link on the account page to establish a new account. An email will be sent to you to confirm your new account and give you access to our new features and system.


    How do i register for an account?

    Go to myacme.acmestores.com. There will be a link, ‘Click here to register for your my Acme Account’.


    I need to change my store # how do i do this?

    Hover over the ‘My Acme’ tab and go to My Account. You will see where it says ‘Your Store’. A drop down menu will have all of the Acme stores. Please choose the correct one.


    How do I get to my shopping list while in the store?

    You can either print your shopping list or go to www.acmestores.com on your mobile phone. You will have to login to your account. Once logged in you will see Weekly specials, My Shopping lists, Recipes, etc. Click on ‘My Shopping LIsts’ and you will be taken to all of your saved lists.

    PLEASE NOTE: Access to My Acme while in our stores depends on whether you have an active internet connection. Acme cannot guarantee internet access within our stores. Please consider printing your list as a backup.

     


    How do I change my password?

    Go to ‘My Acme’ under the main menu (top left of the page) and click on ‘My Account.’ You will see ‘Password’. Enter your new password and click ‘Save Account Changes’


    What if I don't have internet access? Can I still access My Acme Account?

    My Acme is a mobile website, not an app. You must have an active internet connection to access the features of My Acme.


    I forgot my password

    On the main page before you sign in you will see a link underneath where you sign in. I will say ‘Forgot your password? Click here’ Enter your email address and your password will be sent to you.

  • Check Existing Ticket

    If you've already created a ticket and just need to check the status of that ticket, simply enter the email address you used to create the ticket below and click the button.

  • Click Here to Reset the Header

    You can customize the header by uploading two separate files.

    The background image and goes from the left side to the right side or the screen.

    The header image should contain your companies logo and anything else you wish to put on it. It will lay on top of the background image.

    The header image should be 1138 pixels wide and the same height as the background.
    Anything smaller than 1138 pixels will work as well (It centered across the top.)
